Withdrawn membership because they do not want to pay

I joined discovery classic saver in November 2019, in February I started getting pains it got so bad that in March I went to my gp he revered me to a orthopedic surgeon, who diagnosed me with a giant cell tumor and scheduled me for an operation. A week later my membership was withdrawn due to "non discloser". We appealed send in 2 reports from different doctors an report from the orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me and all my xrays. Only to receive an email saying that I have known for 15 years about a lump on my ankle, and also that I was not diagnosed with a giant cell tumor that it was only a guess and basically if I have a problem with this to go to ombudsman.

This is what I call a responsible medical aid. I would have given you minus 5 stars if I could
