Withdrawal and transfer to employer group

The request is to transfer my medical aid to my husbands employer group eff 2023/05/01. This was discussed when you contacted me telephonically last week when you had the broker on the line. This is also stated on the transfer form. This should not be an issue as the billing is in arrears and it is not past bill cut off. Please contact the company and the broker and sort this out ASAP!
