Wish you would discover customer service
<p>Mailed Discover 10 days ago and received an auto response saying I would receive a reply in 72 hours. 10 Days later and not a peep.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service / disgusting prices / disgraceful product</p>

My original post stands. Discovery is the worst medical aid in the world. They keep stating they they pay out of the Day-2-Day benefits as if it is their money. IT IS NOT YOUR MONEY DISCOVERY!
They do not covery anything. Not doctors, not dentists, not specialists. It all comes out of YOUR savings, which they then try and pass off as their money.
A dental implant is R33,000 for 1. How much would an ordinary person have to save each month just to cover that?
You are a disgusting company with absolutely no consideration for the well-being of your customers. With profits of R7 billion a year, one would think you would relook the business model and give something back to the very people who generate those profits. And now, you want to increase your fees by 11.9% for next year?!?
I will be seeking alternative medical aid and I will share this with the 10,000 members of my shopping network. Hopefully they will share it with their friends and family.
