Will U S E L e S S staff reimburse my honeymoon?

Going on honeymoon, need a visa letter. called discovery! NOTHING! Call again on Monday morning! NOTHING! Call again Monday evening as my Visa appointment is on Tuesday! NOTHING! She tells me her systems are down, but she will mail it to me by 7am. Organise to be late at the office, the **** to be in at 5h30 so I can leave and a friend will do the school run. I drive all the way to Pretoria. Beg the guy at postnet to open up 30 min early for me so I can view and print this mail. NOTHING!!!! Go to the visa application interview with proof of membership. DECLINED! they need that letter. I now need to make another appointment. need to organise my family again, but worst of all, take more leave that I do not have! All my leave is going to this trip!! Is Discovery going to pay for my unpaid leave? are they going to cover my petrol to go once again? - even more importantly are they going to reimburse my trip if I do not get another appointment soon at the visa spot? Once again fail on all counts! What a bunch of u s e l e s s idiots! thank you for making life impossible.
