Will not payback my SAVINGS

Struggling to get Discovery Health to release my Savings. The service is terrible, no one gets back to you, and no feedback when you take the time to call in.

I have been off the medical aid since end of December 2019. On 30 January 2020 I logged a request for an early release of my savings as I am leaving the country at the beginning of March. I was asked to prove that I am leaving the country by sending them my one way ticket, which I did on 07 February. First of all, it's disgusting that I have to prove all this to get MY money back. I have called and emailed countless times since without any feedback.

I finally spoke with Trevor D on 20 Feb, who claimed that Discovery never received the one way ticket as proof of my immigration. I forwarded him the same email sent to Discovery Health on 07 Feb, with the ticket. He promised to escalate this and get back to me. I have not received any communication from Trevor D or anyone at Discovery Health.

I have sent follow up emails and called in, and still have no feedback as to what's happening with.

It's frustrating that this medical aid scheme is the most expensive, you have to make sure you never miss a payment, but when the time comes for them to pay you back your money you have to jump through hoops.
