Will not assist a suicidal and self harming patient

PleAse see below. I have been told by a consultant I have 21 days. Does discovery not realize to severity of my illness with is delusional / psychotic illness. I want to **** myself and self harm. Can use not my drug and alcohol benefit for my mental health? Can you not make an exception or would you rather have me **** myself? I have lodged a dispute as someone at discovery needs to help me. I find it very unfair when you won’t consider a suicidal and self harming patient request . This is an urgent plea as I do not have money to pay and state facilities have waiting lists. So because of your decline and non understanding i will attempt suicide as I don’t have the correct medical cAre
