Wilgeheuwel has no Cadialogists for Discovery

My aunt, on waiting period thus only qualifies for PMB conditions, went to an RECOMMENDED DISCOVERY DELTA hospital for emergency cardia treatment. After paying a thousand rand, we were told that THERE WAS NO CARDIOLOGIST to help and she had to be transferred urgently...... Is this even legal?.... This could have cause her death and I'm not getting the money paid back at Wilgeheuwel as the doctor told us he is not concracted to any medical schemes this is a disgrace!
