Why won't you let us leave!!!

We want to move to a different medical aid and to do that we need to withdraw from Discovery Health. But guess what, the only way you can do that is to call them. You cannot email or do it via your profile. So now we spend 45 minutes almost daily, trying to get through on the number and not managing! This is insane , they are actively trying to hold us hostage!!!
