WHY WHY WHY take money from savings????

I have had enough of trying to resolve this. My wife's diabetes medication keeps getting deducted from our medical savings account, this has been escalated numerous times to be covered by chronic. I can't understand how you think that insulin and other tests must come off from savings account, its not a condition that's temporary. Its a life long thing she needs to live with but no you will not do as needed. I have spoken to a lot of people that has diabetes and with other medical aid and they AUTOMATICALLY put the medication under chronic, how hard can it be to use some savvy and know that diabetes is a life long lifestyle and needs to be covered by chronic. I went to the walk in center and still this is going off from my savings account. I want an investigation and resolve this and pay back my savings what has been taken that should have been done from the start as chronic cover, why do I pay for a service that I am not receiving and then I still need to pay in because of whatever stupid reasons there might be. I am completely gatvol for this and needs to be fixed. You are not the only Medical Aid here to get the service and peace of mind I need, I am not the only one unhappy
