Why the Lies?

<p>I was told by our brokers - 4D health that there is no changes in the formulary etc until July. So why is it that when we collect our chronic meds at Clicks , we are told to get it from the Doctor , We have been collecting it at clicks for more than 6 months already. Who is giving the refund? Also , why does it take 20 minutes to get to a consultant who either disconnects you or tells you that you are at the wrong place, please call again.</p>
