Why send in a claim if it doesn't get processed?

I sent through my claim on Saturday afternoon 27 February. I phoned the call center on Tuesday 1 March, which said the claim will be processed by 2 March at the latest. I'm still waiting, and have now sent the claim through for a second time. The reference numbers are: *** and ***.<br> <br> Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've experienced terrible service from Discovery Health.
