Why must I wait?

I was diagnosed with Asperges Syndrome in 2014. I was with Gems at the time. Later I was diagnosed with hypertension and asthma. I am in a financial predicament because my wife left her job as a teacher... Discovery and All other Medical Aids have this 3 MONTH WAITING PERIOD. I cannot stop my ongoing Therapy with the The******s and with my Psychologist and Psychiatrist... What if I die... Let's hope not... I cannot continue paying for medical aid and all the medical expenses... There should be a law that forbids medical aids from putting people on waiting periods... What must one do to be exempt from a waiting period... DIE... Will that help.? I need my medication... I cannot afford to pay cash for my medication. It is over R2000 a month. My medical aid number is ********** 71... I want to advise other people reading this to fight against a waiting period. How much longer must I suffer? I have had to take out finance to help with my medical expenses... But it is not enough. I need some reprieve... I was told by my agent that it is standard to impose a waiting period of 3 months... I was also told that PMBs could get claimed. I went to the doctor early in April to discuss my Hypertension and have my Chronic Benefits Approved. Discovery Approved my Benefits but did not pay for the Consultation... How does that work as hypertension is part of the PMB list.

I was in hospital on said date so you say you answered my comments.
I want to know why I still have to wait?
I have had Doctors Visits for PMBs and chronic medication rejected by the cl;aims department ... I have been paying over R2000 for medication every month and more on doctors visits... You need to reassess your policies .... I cannot afford to pay anything any longer and I see my latest claim was rejected ... You may not know that I am Bipolar and have Epilepsy and my chronic medication for that has not been approved yet... I cannot even afford to pay for the hearing aids that I require to hear normally ... And your savings does not bearly cover my medical needs for a month ... I still need to book for an eye test ...

I want to know why there is medical aid then if I cannot afford all these accounts being billed to me ...

Does Discovery want to have me go to court with this matter?

I really wish that someone will help sort my problem out or am I the only one going through hell waiting for three months that i didn't bargain for ...

This issue has still not been resolved ... Do you want me to take legal action ... I have chronic conditions and yet i must pay for doctors visitations on these when I was told that I must have the doctors register my medication on chronic ... I have PMB conditions too that you don't pay for doctors visits ... I am going to claim these amounts when I persue legal action ... That includes any medication that should have been on chronic that the doctor didn't do ... Medical Aid should be a thing where you can get your medication on chronic without having all the underwriting ... And you should also be able to visit your doctor in peace, without all the accounts... i say savings should only be used in cases where you have a normal disease and require medication.... I still need to get hearing aids ... and an eye test ... it is so easy to put on the claim 152 - rejected because of a stupid waiting period ... I suppose the staff don't have the problems that I have experienced over the last 3 months ... I have also been threatened with legal action because of my accounts ... Discovery ... Is that supposed to be Discovery of HELL ...
