Why is my claim Not paid!!!!

Dear Discovery, Please explain to me why are you refusing to pay my claim! I gave birth on my way to the hospital and I was admitted. There is a claim that you are refusing to pay claiming that its because the baby was born out of hospital healthy (this correspondence was on the 14th of August as per the hospital). was my baby not supposed to go to hospital!!!!! I only found out recently about about the unpaid claim so I submitted twice because no one was coming back to me I eventually called and I was told the turnaround time foe claims is 4 month!! Saying this claim was never submitted but hospital says they did and they have proof of your communication with them! I am greatly dissatisfied with the service I am receiving from Discovery I am more complaints than compliments!!!
