WHY HAS MONEY BEEN TAKEN
Hi<br> <br> on the 12th of may at the outsurance building in centurion a health assessment was done, which was part of the company policy that if you are on discovery you can do the health assessment for free, why are we getting changed for this, this is terrible, I received a claimant that has been put in for R427.00? if it is not for free, it needs to be confirmed when the assessment has been booked that it wont be, I will be taking this matter to my hr department that there was no indication of money that will be taken off our savings for these testing as the company pays for this<br> <br> I need feedback urgently today, I will be taking this matter further.<br> Beatrix adelheidt botha<br> very unhappy medical aid member

The claim would still be captured on your profile and would like to assure you that this amount was funded by the Scheme.
