Why does your app keep crashing?

Discovery has the new Smart Plan where interactions are by smartphone. However, their latest app keeps crashing on startup making the use of the app impossible. By this, I am unable to access Vitality rewards or the basic health features.<br> <br> Furthermore, the customer service team is super useless. The turnaround times are ridiculous and there seems to be no useful communication about what is being done.
