Why do you exhaust me, Discovery Health?

Why do you push me to the point of such frustration that I find myself at 7pm writing this. I am asking for assistance for two skin cancer payments and still nothing. Is this some sort of ploy? You take my monthly premium then, when I need help for a mere R700, you don't help me and then there was advice given to me that lesions burnt off would be covered by hospital plan and escalated and now I am reaching saturation. I am sooooooo tired of begging. My bill at the skin specialist amounts to over R4000.00 a pittance of which will be paid but it will help.
