Why do they suddenly start declining chronic claim

I recently visited my Doctor to check out why chronic medication payments which had been approved in the past, were suddenly being declined by Discovery. It turned out that both my and my wife's chronic conditions had been removed from their system and were therefore no longer listed. Nobody knows who removed them or why. The bottom line is that doctors do not have the time or the inclination to go through Discovery's cumbersome and time consuming process of loading the data. For example, my wife's hypothyroidism has been approved many times since 2012, most recently in November 2014. Now they want to see the certificate AGAIN. Do they hope that my wife's nuked thyroid will regrow, is Discovery just being difficult or have they lost the data?<br> <br> It seems there is something very very wrong at Discovery. While their systems have failed us and the Doctors are not very willing to support them, the members suffer the consequences.<br>
