Why do I even bother paying for medical aid.

I have been struggling to get approval from Discovery for severe dental treatment, even after my dentist submitted motivation it was still denied. The person I contacted at Discovery promised me a call back when a decision was made but I only received a mail. The work required is not cosmetic, it is severe dentistry. I am told it needs to go of MSA, however even at the highest package the cost will not be covered out of MSA.
