Why discovery, why do this to me now?

Loyal client on classic saver but funds dololo. I started with discovery on the 1st of November 2013. Was with them previously where u worked came from Bonitas to discovery. But I am still to feel the hype coz I've been complaining since. My savings are loaded in November of each year. I called not so long ago n the agent confimed that my savings have been loaded. But today being sick n also about to book a hospital n gyne for my maternity. Only to be sgocked that my funds are at R0.00...but why Discovery why Mara. I need to know what the .... is happening here. Clueless confussed and ****ed off.
