Why are you not covering the PMB Claims?

<p>I cannot understand why the hell you guys are not covering the PMB claim logged more than 5 times.</p> <p>you have a system so why not use it, if you see that the Hospital auth that is used for all the doctors why not</p> <p>see that it was PMB. My son had to get his right kidney removed at the age of 7months, if that is not traumatic engouh I now find out that Discovery is paying the doctors short and I need to fork out the thousands of rands. I will not be held responsible for the intrest the doctors are adding to their bills. And I have not just sat back and waited for you, no I call alteast 5 times a month to ask why is this not approved, why is this not covered at cost seeing that we have astablished that it was PMB, and I will say it Again, more than once? Me and my wife have spent a hell of lot of money on just calling and finding out what is going on? Should I rather approach CMS? or HPCSA? or can you just please get this sorted???</p>
