Why are you ignoring my query?
I submitted a report. Discovery responded. I have run out of lifesaving chronic medication. No update from Discovery. Who is going to accept responsibility for possible complications? Discovery knows what these are. Why are levies imposed on approved necessities? Kindly resolve this issue with all haste. My life is at risk

Non formulary medication approved on the Chronic Illness Benefit(CIB) is paid up to the Chronic Drug Amount (CDA) and may often attract a co-payment as it may not always be covered in full. The Schemes offers a wide range of generic alternatives which is covered on the CIB formulary. Unfortunately, the decision on the funding of this medications remains and has been properly app**** in line with the Scheme rules and the plan benefits.
