Why are my claims not honoured?

I claimed for 5 doctor visits (3 chiropractor, 2 dental surgeon), and only got 3 payments. I reapp**** for the oustanding two and did not even get acknowledgment of the request, nor the reason why they were not paid. All the attachments have different dates, etc, so where is the confusion? I have over R8000 in my savings, why not use that if using the medical aid portion is too much? Please fix this soonest, can't be dedicating countless hours sorting this out when this is supposed to be painless process.
