Wheres my money

Discovery owes us a credit refund - this has now been going on for weeks with MULTIPLE ref numbers, still this has not been resolved, we phone every week, and get told it was actioned, just to hear the system has a glitch, to be told again - no, no one actioned it, to be told it will be paid, to go back again the system has a glitch, then you hold online for 20minutes and the call cuts, you phone back - now you speak to another agent, they say - no action was done, call gets cut, you phone back - now it's been actioned again, but the system has a glitch. Another week passes - same routing calls made, same routine feedback given

WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH and we can get our refund that is due to us??

I am also logging a complaint on hello peter and the social media pages as we are now at our wits end with this uselessness honestly.
