Where is my welcome pack??

<p>I took out health insurance with Discovery early in April, I still don't have a welcome pack/ medical aid cards.</p> <p>I called in to query this and the lady checked my address and said she has made the request. It's now end of June and I still don't have a medical aid card??? </p>
