Where is my tax certificate?

Usually, Discovery emails me my tax certificate. They didn't this year. When I log into my profile and try to access it in the secure inbox, I just get a message: Unable to fetch communication details. It also seems like my medical aid number is wrong on this communication, which supposedly was sent on 13 June, but never received by me. When I try to contact Discovery via Whatsapp, the chatbot just keeps on saying "I'm sorry, I couldn't process this message. Please ask me a question and I'll try to find an answer." Even when I follow Discovery's instructions, which states I can just ask for "medical aid tax documents". Your online chatbox says: I’m sorry, my system is down. Please try again later. But I need my tax certificate urgently for SARS, because I have been selected for audit. And if my details on the certificate is wrong, which is beginning to look like it, it's really important that I get it to check. But Discovery's technology has made it impossible to process a very simple task, which was no problem in the past. (And I also didn't seem to receive the latest email Discovery supposedly sent about a claim.)
