Where do you keep your experts?

To start - this has been dragging for over a year now with me being in constant pain and discomfort. This has taken its toll on me emotionally and physically and I simply can not comprehend how Discovery is unable to see simple logic, nor have an empathy towards a loyal member.

The simple facts - I have been an MS sufferer for almost a decade. Last year I was diagnosed with Crohns. The recognised treatment for Crohns is a drug called Stelara. Stelara negatively affects my MS. Both doctors have therefore suggested Tysabri as an alternative to treat both. One treatment for both illnesses. Discovery refuses to approve the Tysabri treatment despite numerous communications from the Docters and myself. I would like to re-iterate ... This treatment being prescribed by two specialists.

Over and above the facts - Financially Stelara and my current MS treatment (Rebiff) works out a lot more expensive then treatment for both in the form of Tysabri.

While I am suffering, Discovery has had no decency is responding to any requests for proper review or communication or to send the specialists they employ to have a discussion.
