Where do they come from

<p>Received a call with respect to increased debit order with no notice</p> <p> </p> <p>The call was supposed to be a nice and polite one. A supplier talking to a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>The one I received was so condescending and full of self-righteousness that I preferred to end the call.</p>
