When does the lying stop? Blatant lie

I have endless hassles with Discovery and has now reached a point where discovery has refused to communicate with myself any further.

I am **** to in an e mail from Discovery, and I escalated the matter to the principal Officer department who doesn't even bother to respond to my e mails even though I have conformed to their whims.

This is just one issue that I have. **** to about a refund.
