whats the use of a hospital plan

hi, i have a key care policy with discovery health and broke my knee on 10 June 2015, after speaking with the doctor was told to go to our nearest hospital as this was an emergency and i was in great pain, my doctor called the hospital to see if they were under the key care program and they said yes, we also spoke to discovery and they agreed that we can go there as this was an emergency, at the hospital they took all our details from medical aid card and i was treated. however, discovery NOW refuse to pay any off the bills as the hospital did not give them the correct codes, and did not submit correct document's, i am now sitting with legal matters at twice the cost due to this, as none of the accounts were paid. what is the use of a medical hospital plan, if one can not use it in the case of an emergency, they just pass the buck, and nothing gets done.i pay them every month on time and they take my money but when it comes to a claim, they just look for a way not to pay, is it our job to do their work for them? what are we paying them for??<br> mrs eb barlow,<br> id no. ***
