Good day I'm Mrs Wilma Lorraine De Jager and had a medical aid cover with Discovery life.My cover did start on 1st of October 2025 but up until now I had to pay for everything that I do from Dr's visits till pharmacy payments. They deducted every month R1850 with gap cover but never received the service I pay for. They never send me my medical aid card. All the payments at the pharmacies are on my phone.

My plea is if they can't give me the services I paid for than I kindly want them to refund me because I am busy looking for other medical aids. Kind regards Wilma Lorraine De Jager

Good I'm still waiting for Discovery to contact me back because I had to see the oncologist end of this month but don't know how this issue would be resolve. I mean contributions from my site is done. What can I do.
