What one great employee!

A very very long story short. I had great difficulty sorting out admin surrounding my ASA number (I had received the incorrect one). After many phone calls, emails and actual visits to the office I had started to lose hope. Even though Vitality was not really Madelein's department she went the extra mile and helped me find my number. I am so grateful to you Madelein.
