WHAT NOW DISCOVERY?

WHAT NOW DISCOVERY HEALTH!!

In November 2018 I wrote about Discovery Medical Aid and the complained about the way they treated me.

I did get a response from them and they did resolve one of my three queries to them.

Since November 2018 we have had a ongoing e-mail correspondence where they would state somebody in what ever department would come back to me in 2 to 3 working days as really every time it was more a 2 to 3 weeks.

They treat me as a uneducated person with no knowledge of arithmetic - which I was taught already in Gr1 and I know 1+1=2 and that 2-1=1! They do still owe me some money, it may not be a lot but it is mine. I had a stoporder that paid over to them for 10 months and one big sum I paid in directly to them and one payment went out of my account into the Discovery Bank Account supp**** by them and has now miraculously disappeared! And please do not blame the computer as we all know that a human hand feeds information to the program that was written by a human.

As always your problem is handed over from one department to the next and it is as though they could not care less about what and how they treat you!

So please someone HELP me as I have been patient for a long time now!!!
