What kind of service is this???

I have joined Discovery beginning of November 2015. To date I am still to receive my membership cards. I have phoned and same has also been followed up by my employer. <br> <br> This morning I was advised by DH after following up with them again that they cannot process my request as I need to be verified. 8 weeks later - come on, what kind of service is this???<br> <br> How difficult can it be to simply post me my membership cards. They has been no problem with Discovery health when receiving my membership fees.
