what kind of health care is discovery?? Not one that cares for you or your health

I was granted 15 sessions with a health practitioner, the arrangement was I paid the practitioner and claim the money back from discovery, sounds easy right? NOT!! I have been for 3 sessions and only have received payment for one of them after a longing struggle. I am still struggling to get my payment for the other tow. So I had to strike my treatment, what kind of health care is discovery?? Not one that cares for you or your health.
