What is the GP benefit and still no answers provided

I'm so disappointed that the only way to resolve a query or problem has had to be through this platform. I need to get an answer on why a consultation for my daughter with one of your Network doctors who's details I got from your website has not been paid. Can someone please explain this to me...when my MA says I have an out of savings benefit of 4 network GP consultions.
