What is going on with this claim Discovery ?

18 May my wife was in labour for 17 hours which ended in emergency c-section. This resulted in two different anesthestists from the same practice (Allwright GT and Partners) charging the same amounts 508 and 616 (R1124) for two different procedures.Discovery paid the first 1124 but did not pay the second 1124 because of duplicate codes. After months of struggle I wrote a motivation with proof because our friends and another hellopeter couple went through exactly the same (12hrs+c-section with duplicate codes) but was covered in full. On 2 October a lady from Discovery calls me and tells me to relax, she got the right codes from the provider and by monday 5 October the 1124 will be cleared. On 7 Oct I reveive the email, but it says R616 is going to be paid to the provider. I call Discovery and ask what about the R508 and the lady on the phone says it is a mistake she will re-submit and call me back. She never called me back so I call Discovery again and a consultant on the phone confirms the 1124 is to be paid to the provider. Since then no one can tell me what happened to the claim and the last consultant I spoke to was completely confused. Also no-one called me back as promised.
