What exactly do I pay you for?

Discovery is very quick to add a fat 10-12% up on their premiums, however you now want me to pay out of my pocket for my chronic medication?<br> <br> I've been on this plan for the past 3 or more years, and I've never ever had to pay a levy or co-payment until today.<br> <br> So I need to pay you more money, for what, exactly? So that you can dictate how much of my own money from my medical savings account gets paid out?<br> <br> Furthermore, to make matters more amusing, your note on the system to explain the levy is to get a substitution for my medication, for which, none exists.<br> Who makes these decisions? A circus ******?<br> <br> I've been with Discovery for 12 years now, but you are making it very easy to look elsewhere.
