What does one have to do to get a response??

Discovery South Africa 20 July 2020 I fell with my bicycle, fractured my hand and had to have my nose stitched. I was booked off from work for a week and I am in IT... I started the OoH claim process in August 2020 after jumping though hoops to get all the required information for this claim, some sent multiple times. Your auto response states "Please expect a response within 3 to 5 working days" and it has been 9 days now with no reply, again. Congrats you have made it onto the 2nd spot of the worst companies I have ever dealt with... If you require more info from me I am more than happy to post it on Facebook because it seems to go missing when I mail it to you... It has been more than 2 weeks without any response, I posted on FB and did not even get one there.
