What an amazing experience!

It is not everyday one experiences such professional and pleasant interaction with call center agent. But last month I was blessed with a memorable experience when dealing with Ondela Mlandu. Her level of commitment and work ethic is commendable. From the moment she took on my complaint to the moment of its swift resolve, she was amazing. Her constant feedback and update of the whole process was much appreciated. I hope Discovery recognises what a gem she is. I pray that should I ever need to have an issue resolved I land with her.
