What a star

I was expecting refund of a claim for quite some time.

I logged a complaint.

Mr Stefano Chetty called me to address my complaint. I was quite rude to him to say the least. However he was very patient with me, so much so that I had to apologise for my early bad attitude towards him.

May we have many more people like him deal with our genuine complaint.
