What a ripoff!!!!!

So how ridiculous is this ...my mom had to go to public hospital Groote schuur(gs) as Discovery would only cover for the R20000 scan that she needed what was available in her specialist benefit at the time about R1000....so she had the scan done by Groote Schuur and the specialist doctor by groote schuur referred her to their gs neurologist and must wait for an appointment ...but now my mommy cannot go to a private neurologist cause discovery wont pay for that as she must be referred by her GP...How ridiculous is this ... A registered specialist in the medical field refers her to a neurologist because there is a growth on her brain but Discovery wont pay cause she must be referred by her GP ...so now she has to go to her GP to go to a neurogist even tho a specialist medical doctor already referred her...What a ripoff ...Discovery does not care for its patients ...they only interested in making money...and if my mommy passes away in the meantime whos to blame...What a ripoff
