What a ripoff

I am so disappoint in Discovery Health. What i dont understand is i ended my medical aid end of May and my balance due was about 4700 which they deducted end of June. Now all of a sudden i owe them 1883, where does this amount come from. Oh and my reason for cancellation was deceased which was a system error according to Gabriel who assisted me. Makes me wonder if the values on my account is correct. I will never recommend Discovery Health medical scheme to anyone. What a ripoff.
