What a mess - accounts dept

I cancelled with Discovery in 2016. They ignored my request and keep on wanting to deduct money. Then they said I owe them that money. After many emails they realised they were wrong, and then the money I owe was then all of a sudden for something else. I then organised with them to pay it off even though I didnt agree with them. They didnt value my request and handed it over to SSDA. I have NEVER in my life came across such a mess and ineffective people as Discovery accounts department and SSDA. They keep on sending me wrong statements. They keep on threatening and this after i faithfully have been making payments monthly. I now have been sending so many emails asking them to fix my statement and send me a correct on so I can pay the balance. They just ignore me. Pathetic service.
