What a horrible medical aid!!

Its been a total nightmare trying to get my membership sorted after discovery incorrectly withdrew my entire families membership. I have been told that they need to reprocess my claims and it has been more than 2 months these "claims" are being reprocessed. During the period my medical aid with incorrectly withdrew i had to to pay for a medical procedure and my refunds are withheld due to the reprocessing of all other claims. They system is the worst!!
