WHAT A GEM!!!

Today I want to congratulate Discovery Health in hiring the most helpful, kindhearted and pleasant consultant I have EVER came across. I have been battling since April 2019 with various different consultants to resolve a HUGE problem that incurred after miscommunication that lead to my mom's medical aid being inactive, it took me forever until I phoned for the 100th time and were finally connected with a consultant that not only gave me peace of mind but on her own she took it upon herself to make sure to resolve the problem and not passing the bug. Lekeesha Darries is the one that turned my nightmares into sweet dreams again. I really do not know how to express my gratitude to this woman as she did not need to do so she went above and beyond to have my Mom's medical aid reinstated and all the claims that were rejected by the medical aid, she made sure to have them all reprocessed and gave me feedback every day about the progress, sometimes using her tea and lunch time to sort this out. I hope that the HR Department of Discovery Medical Aid sees this mail as this is the kind of person one would want on their team with indurance and accredibility and a very kind and good heart to work for one. I am so grateful to her and Lekeesa Darries I salute you for your excellent work and manner.
