You are an embarrassment to the needed view of medical support. Your lack of care could land me in hospital.

Work on SOLUTIONS, not your ill conceived notion of how fair it is to double debit an account that has NEVER missed payment and NOT being willing to implement a PRO RATE system that is followed by MILLIONS. Simply because I get paid on a different day.
