Maritsa Pozyn, you are the last straw in a long frustrating process that has involved me running after my last medical aid (Anglovaal) to get a cancellation certificate, to the painstaking application process at Discovery. Maritsa, I have given my address to various staff members at Discovery I dont know how many times. It was also on my application form.
