What a ****** ******* and no value for money honestly

Left the med aid end of Feb 2019 and joined LA Health (Discovery subsidiary). Used up my Discovery MSA now I am told I need to pay 3600. I used up my MSA because I needed to, hence me being on medical aid and paying premiums every month. Now I find out that I have to pay that amount of money cos I left the medical aid? What was the the point of having the med aid in the first place? All the years I never used up my MSA for the years, you didn't seem to complain when there was a substantial balance left.

Now you are threatening me with sending me to the credit bureau?
