Were BIG and Don't CARE

My heading is what i perceive Discovery is currently proud to be. My daughter is currently sick and has a problem with sinus and chest. More than one healthcare professional have recommended a humidifier. Actually a Pediatrician and a GP. Discovery being Discovery declined to cover the humidifier through my MSA. The call center agents gives me an attitude when i call in to inquire. When i was close i would give you a ****** middle finger. I bought the Humidifier cash and my little girl sleeps a lot easier not, hell i'm sleeping a lot easier. If it was not for my company forcing me to use Discovery i would definitely change to Fedhealth. Its this times that you realise how covered you really are by your medical aid or they have grown to an extent that they are basking in our money and don't give a rats ass about our health or that of our families!! My sister had hers covered hassle free by her medical aid which is obviously not Discovery.
