I spoke to consultant by the name of Reshlan Naidoo from discovery call center this past week. my experience was outstanding .Reshlan assisted me with authorization for a medical issue. he was professional , efficient and was concerned about my situation. AS a client you want to feel that the person on the other end of line actually cares about your situation and that is the service that I received from Reshlan. on a scale of 1 -10 I give Reshlan a 100. we need more people like him in our businesses and in our country and not just in our country but in the world that we live in. Reshlan is proof that there is still kindness and humbleness in people even in the dark age that we live in.
